Jeremy McCarty / Chief Executive Officer / Founder
As co-founder of Valligent, Jeremy is leading the company in revolutionizing residential property valuation through use of expert systems technology and advanced analytics. Drawing on 30+ years in the appraisal industry, Jeremy has been a leader in developing next generation property valuation products and has spearheaded a variety of breakthroughs in technologies and processes that are driving fundamental transformation of the mortgage industry. Jeremy has led Valligent’s development of a propriety patent pending valuation process that is significantly altering the status quo by dramatically reducing cycle times and decreasing costs while increasing quality standards. Jeremy’s focus is to measure accurate valuation turn times in minutes, rather than the industry standard of weeks.
Jeff Wickham / President and Chief Operating Officer / Founder
As a co-founder of Valligent, Jeff has acted as its President and Chief Operating Officer since inception in 2002, and is responsible for the company’s financial performance, implementation of the company’s product solutions, ensuring end-to-end delivery of its services, and providing cost-effective oversight of staff, resources and budget. Through innovative management and commitment to development of efficient technology-based solutions, Jeff continues to drive excellence and process improvement to all aspects of the company.
Jeff has over 30 years of experience in the lending and real estate industries. He earned an MBA from Saint Mary’s College in Moraga, California in 1999 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska. He also maintains Residential Appraiser Certifications in various states.
Thomas Davis / Chief Information Officer
In his role as CIO for Valligent Technologies, Thomas guides all strategic direction for the firm's information technology, provides executive oversight of Valligent's technical resources, and manages our experienced development team. In addition to providing critical leadership, Thomas directs planning and project management of multiple strategic initiatives, ongoing IT infrastructure improvements, risk management, and data security/privacy controls. Thomas' extensive knowledge of data systems and integrations has been integral to Valligent's technological innovations and to maintaining the stability and integrity of Valligent's extensive IT infrastructure. Thomas has over 30 years of experience encompassing all areas of the information technology industry. During his career, Thomas has served as Security Engineer, Software Developer, Product Manager, System Designer, and Business Owner and has been employed by noted companies such as Tivo, California State Employees Association, and Bx Technologies.
Walter Allen/ EVP Digital Transformation
As the EVP of Digital Transformation at Valligent, Walter is a trusted advisor and partner working with all business units and functions to enable and integrate their respective strategies by driving; business change, business process improvement, implementing best business practices, leveraging data and information to implement best-in-class technologies. His primary mission is to partner with key business leaders to lead business and digital transformation programs that enable critical business strategies and capabilities.
Walter Allen is a dynamic change leader known for developing a successful strategic vision, driving trusted collaboration and building high performance cultures across vast geographies (US, Canada, Latin America, Europe and Asia) to achieve sustainable revenue growth and increased profitability. Walter has over 25 years of experience in the technology and data & analytics industries. He has earned a Master’s Degree from University of San Francisco, Bachelor Degrees from Cal State University of Sacramento and an Executive Education in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from MIT, Sloan School of Business.
Nicole Minton / Vice President of Finance
Nicole has been with Valligent for the last 9 years and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company's Accounting and Compliance departments. Nicole comes from a background of 13 years spent in the accounting field. Nicole has perfected her corporate accounting skills while at Valligent and has an in-depth knowledge of operational accounting and cash flow management. She also manages related software applications and brings quality and consistency to Valligent's accounting operations. Her positive attitude and dedication to client service has made her a valuable asset for both Valligent and its clients, and her management skills have been instrumental in taking on a leadership role to hire, train and direct company accounting staff.
Nicole earned her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from National University of California in La Jolla.
Jennifer Williams / Assistant Vice President, Operations
Jennifer's background in wireless communication technology and customer service over the last 20+ years, has led up to her role as Assistant Vice President of Operations, for Valligent Technologies. Jennifer oversees the day-to-day Operations for Valligent's various workgroups. With the companies direction to provide innovative products and services to residential property valuations, her background in wireless technology as a Certified Trainer combined with management experience, provides Valligent Technologies with the leadership necessary to ensure that not only the highest of quality standards are met, but product turn times are achieved.
The client relationship is also an integral part of the Valligent culture, as it is imperative to an innovative company to have strong, attentive customer service. Jennifer's focus, is to ensure clients receive the care they expect when interacting with any level of the Valligent workforce. Jennifer also focuses on creating a positive and productive internal work environment which directly contributes to the quality and efficiency of the valuation products that are leading Valligent into the future.
